SponsorWallet terms of use

SponsorLink.au · ABN 86 328 655 832

Last updated 5 October 2026. These terms apply to SponsorWallet on the web (wallet.sponsorlink.au) and in the SponsorWallet app.

1. About these terms

SponsorWallet is a free loyalty card wallet made by SponsorLink.au ("we", "us"), an Australian business. By creating an account you agree to these terms. How we handle your information is set out in our privacy notice.

2. The service

3. Your account

4. Your cards

5. Fair use

Don't use SponsorWallet to break the law, store anyone else's cards without permission, upload harmful or offensive material, try to get into other people's accounts, overload or attack the service, or copy it with automated tools. We may suspend or close an account that does, and will tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.

6. Keep a backup

We work hard to keep the service running and your cards safe, but no online service is available every moment. Keep your physical cards, or export a backup from your account page, for anything you can't do without.

7. Australian Consumer Law and our liability

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under that law.

To the extent the law allows: SponsorWallet is provided as it is; we are not responsible for a store refusing a card, for a store's or club's program, or for offers made by businesses; and we are not liable for indirect losses. Where our liability for a failure to meet a consumer guarantee can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again.

8. Ending

You can delete your account and every card at any time from your account page - see how to delete your account. These terms end when your account is deleted.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account before then.

10. Law and contact

We comply with the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and of every Australian state and territory. These terms are governed by Commonwealth law and the law of the state or territory where you live, and nothing in them takes away a right you have under any of those laws. SponsorLink.au is based in Queensland: a dispute we cannot sort out together may be taken to the courts of Queensland, and you can still use the courts, tribunals and consumer protection agencies of your own state or territory. Questions or complaints: [email protected].
