Delete your SponsorWallet account

You can delete your SponsorWallet account and every card in it yourself, at any time, in the app or on the web.

In the app or on the web

1. Sign in to SponsorWallet.
2. Open Account.
3. Under Delete my wallet, enter your password and confirm.

Can't sign in?

Use Forgot password to set a new one, or email [email protected] from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you.

What is deleted

• Your account: name, email address, mobile number (if you gave one) and password.
• Every card: card numbers, notes and photos.
• Any links to a SponsorLink.au club membership. (The membership itself belongs to your club and is not affected.)

This happens straight away and cannot be undone. Copies inside our encrypted database backups are removed as those backups expire, within 7 days. We email you to confirm the deletion. A record that an account was deleted, without its contents, is kept in our security logs.
